1. The Promotor is Beeswift Limited, registered in England and Wales 01569085 registered office. 2. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. 3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 5. To enter an entrant must follow @BeeswiftLTD on twitter for one entry, and Instagram @Beeswiftlimited for another entry. The max entries for one person is two. 6. Closing date for entry will be 2/09/2019 at 9:00am. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 8. The prize is as follows: Rose gold iPad, sourced from China. We have included an official Apple 3pin 12W mains charger. The iPad is brand new and in working order but does not come with any warranty. 9. The winner will be chosen at random from a hardware hat. 10. The winner will be notified by direct message on either twitter or Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. 11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the winner can collect the iPad or have it delivered. 12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. The competition and these terms and condition will be governed by English Law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants prior knowledge or consent. 15. The winners name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@beeswift.com. 16. If we randomly choose a winner who is staff or staff’s family we reserve the right to discard and randomly choose another winner. 17. If any breach of the above terms and conditions are found after the prize has been dispensed we reserve the right to request the prize to be returned at the expense of the winner. If it cannot be returned for any reason the winner will be charged its monetary value. 18. Anyone who is following our Twitter or Instagram before the start date of this competition will automatically be entered into the draw.
