Beeswift RMA:

Goods kept in stock may be returned to us only by prior agreement with your ASR (Area Sales Rep) subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1

Perfect Condition: Items returned to us must be in perfect, re-saleable condition in its original intact packaging, not defaced by stickers or marks.

Returned items should be packaged inside an outer box to avoid being spoilt by postage labels etc.

Complete Units: Must be in the complete units of sale. No part boxes (if applicable).

Condition 2

Notification of Return: A notification of return must be made within 3 days of delivery. Once an RMA form is issued to you the form must accompany the goods back to us. Failure to do this will result in a handling charge of up to 20%.

It is essential to quote our delivery note number for a credit note to be issued.

No claims for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods will be considered unless received within 3 days of delivery.

Condition 3

Accepted Returns: No returns will be accepted 7 days from delivery for any reason. Doing so will result in your goods being returned to yourselves.

Non Stock Items

Items not carried in stock are non returnable.

Special Orders

Orders for special products and customized garments will only be accepted on receipt of a signed official order and are non returnable

If goods supplied by us were incorrectly supplied please notify us immediately and a full credit will be given upon receipt of the items providing they are still in saleable condition.

No claims for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods will be considered unless received within 3 days of delivery.
